Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Roottina, we strive to provide our customers with flexibility and convenience through our Subscribe and Save options. We understand that circumstances change, and you might need to modify or cancel your subscription. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible to your needs while ensuring that we can continue to offer high-quality service and products to all our customers.

Cancellation by Subscribers:

Timing: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the next scheduled shipment date. This allows us sufficient time to process your request and halt the dispatch of your next order.

How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account on the Roottina website. Navigate to the 'My Subscriptions' section, select the subscription you wish to cancel, and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Support team via email at inforoottina@gmail.com.

Confirmation: Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of your cancellation request, please contact our Customer Support team to ensure your request has been processed.

Refunds:

Cancellations made after the billing date but before the shipment has been dispatched may be eligible for a refund. Please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Subscription Pauses:

If you prefer not to cancel but to temporarily pause your subscription, you can do so through your account settings or by contacting Customer Support.

Changes to Subscription:

You may also change your subscription details, such as product selections, delivery frequency, and address, at any time through your account settings or by contacting our Customer Support.

Cancellation by Roottina:

Roottina reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time due to reasons including, but not limited to, product discontinuation, significant operational changes, or failure to comply with our Terms of Service. Affected subscribers will be notified via email and provided with options, such as substitution or refund where applicable.
