1- After shampoo, gently massage into hair and scalp.
2- Leave on for 1-3 minutes.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
3. DELIVERY TERMS
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
3.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
3.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.4 Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
3.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Roottina will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
3.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
3.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
3.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
4. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
6. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
7. INSURANCE
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on roottina.com in accordance with the terms below:
A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at inforoottina@gmail.com to request and receive an RMA.
The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
Once an RMA is received please return the item and email us back with the RMA and the tracking# so we can track your return.
You must return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 14 days of receipt of RMA.
Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Roottina.
If you return Product to Roottina (a) without a return authorization from Roottina or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Roottina retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, Roottina retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of labor and repackaging a product that is found to be in good condition.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
